RICK
KOSTON | self-taught builder

I build things to make the stupid stuff less stupid. Lately that means free tools for small businesses.

// what I'm about

Hey, I'm Rick. My wife Lauren and I own Pork King Good, a pork rind company we started in our basement in 2018. I've been on computers since the early 80s, I'm self-taught, and I learn by building. I do the IT, the design, and the product work myself.

Everything I build for small businesses is free. No accounts, no subscriptions, nothing to sell you. If it helped, buy me a coffee or join a tier on Ko-fi.

Get new tools in your inbox

When I build something new, I'll send a short note. That's it.

These emails come from me personally, Rick Koston, and no one else. No company, no spam, no selling or sharing your address, no tracking. Unsubscribe any time.

// say hi

Goes straight to my inbox.

What is this?

This is Rick's home base. Scroll down: who he is, the projects he's built (sbon.org is the free small-business tools site), a spot to get new-tool updates by email, and a spot to message him.

The "Keep me posted" and "SEND IT" buttons open your email app with the message ready to go to Rick. The footer has the legal fine print.
